{"h1": "Job Description", "p": "At Ubique Systems, we are seeking a skilled Test Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our Avaloq solutions.

Your primary focus will be on all test activities throughout the testing life-cycle of our Avaloq solutions for key customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

* Define Test Policy and Test Plan
* Provide effort estimations and track the test effort to ensure adequate staffing
* Monitor and control testing activities against planned budget and quality gates
* Report progress to management and client
* Manage client relationship with appropriate communication
* Manage defects and Reporting
* Design, update and execute functional and business test scenarios and test cases based on functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring their reusability
* Manage test environments (baseline definition and maintenance, assessment on environment readiness)
* Manage tools for testing, tracking defects, statistics and requirements coverage reporting
* Document and evaluate the result of the testing, investigate testing deficiencies
* Contribute to continuous improvement of Test Management processes procedures

Requirements:

* Working knowledge of MicroFocus QC/ALM, JIRA, MS Office Suite
* In-depth knowledge of Test concepts and methodology
* Experience and strong knowledge of the banking and/or finance industry or other regulatory environments
* Experience with Avaloq banking system solution

Nice to have:

* Experience of testing in Agile context: (Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, TDD, BDD, API testing)

* Ability to work in a highly challenging, fast-paced and complex environment
