Job Title: Real Property Attorney

About the Position:

We are seeking a seasoned Real Property Attorney to join our dynamic team in South West London. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing commercial property matters, client advisory, transaction oversight, document management, and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Caseload Management: Manage own caseload of commercial property matters efficiently and effectively.
  • Client Advisory: Offer expert advice to clients on property matters, building strong relationships.
  • Transaction Oversight: Oversee transactions, including due diligence and contract negotiation, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Document Management: Prepare and review contracts, leases, and property documents professionally and accurately.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues, offering support and guidance as needed.
  • Business Development: Contribute to networking and client acquisition efforts.
  • Case Organisation: Maintain accurate case files and meet deadlines efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: A qualified Commercial Property Solicitor (NQ-3 years' PQE) is essential.
  • Work Style: Must be able to work well independently and as part of a team.
  • Skills: Strong Business Development skills, excellent communication skills, and strong IT skills are required.

Benefits:

  • Flexible Working: Option to work from home up to two days per week.
  • Profit Sharing: 10% discretionary profit on billed and paid introductions where the work is carried out by other fee earners.
  • Holidays: 23 days annual leave, plus bank holidays, with additional days for each year of service (up to five additional days).
