As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting and motivating our teams to ensure our customers receive the best possible experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and control stock levels, cash handling, and other aspects of store operations.

Requirements:
  • At least 1 year's experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in retail or catering.
  • Proven track record of delivering results and improving sales performance.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop your team.
