Key Responsibilities of a Lettings Property Administrator
The main purpose of this role is to provide administrative and compliance support to branches, ensuring that move in documentation is provided efficiently and compliantly to allow branches to maximize their move ins.
Key Skills and Experience Required
- Experience as an Administrator/Customer Service or similar role
- Customer focused
- Resilient, positive, numerate, and detail oriented
- Organised and able to prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment
- Keen interest in learning and keeping up to date with industry changes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
