Quality Management Specialist

At Expert Employment, we are seeking a highly skilled Quality Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality across our global Engineering departments.
We are looking for an experienced professional who can lead our quality management efforts and drive excellence in all aspects of our business. The successful candidate will have a strong background in quality management systems, including ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001, and will be able to develop and implement strategies to improve our quality processes.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop corrective action plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and ensure quality standards are met.
- Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
