MTrec Technical is seeking an experienced quality professional to lead our product quality control team. As a key member of the quality assurance department, you will oversee the development and implementation of quality policies and procedures.
About the Role:- Develop and maintain quality control processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
- Perform quality inspections and control work on an hourly basis, checking products against customer specifications.
- Lead training sessions for employees on quality assurance best practices and company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement quality improvements.
- Prior experience in quality inspection within a fast-paced manufacturing environment is essential.
- You should have knowledge of GMP audits, NCRs, quality inspection, and administration.
- Able to motivate and lead a team towards achieving quality excellence.
