Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Director of Medical Strategy to join our team. As a Director of Medical Strategy, you will be responsible for providing medical leadership and guidance to our clients. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement strategic plans that drive business growth and improve patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes
  • Provide medical leadership and guidance to our clients
  • Work closely with our team to develop and implement strategic plans
  • Identify and troubleshoot process deviations and suggest effective corrective and preventative actions
  • Represent medical affairs at relevant meetings and communicate outputs to internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage and provide strategic leadership to MSL/Scientific/Medical Advisor team
  • Deputize for Cluster lead UK & Ireland Medical on EU Medical leadership team as appropriate

Requirements

  • Qualified Physician with experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry
  • Strategic thinker
  • Final Medical Signatory experience
  • A thorough understanding of the NHS, having worked within it and an intimate understanding of pharmaceuticals and their commercial implications
  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of all relevant medicinal product and medical device regulations (Neurology preferred), UK and EMA, including relevant advertising regulations, and the ABPI Code of Practice for the Pharmaceutical Industry

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary, bonus, and long-term incentive package. We are based near London but will consider a remote candidate with some office visits. We will also offer a generous relocation package.
