About the Role

We're seeking a talented Retail Sales Advisor to join our team at Sky Retail Store in Beacon Centre shopping centre in Eastbourne, occasionally covering Churchill Square shopping centre in Brighton. As a Retail Sales Advisor, you'll be responsible for connecting our customers with Sky's products and services in a welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet our customers' needs through great conversations, showcasing your personality and building rapport.
  • Meet customers face-to-face to discuss and demo the latest Sky products and services, with no barriers or doors.
  • Sell the right package to the right customer, being a Sky Ambassador and driving sales.
  • Work 40 hours over 5 days out of 7, including weekends.
