Key Responsibilities include:
• Proactively resolving customer inquiries and addressing any concerns promptly, thus maintaining excellent customer satisfaction
• Providing expert advice on inventory management to minimize waste and optimize stock levels, while also reducing costs
• Offering critical support to assembly line teams by delivering timely and accurate information on material availability and order status, thus ensuring smooth production processes
• Participating actively in continuous improvement efforts, analyzing data to identify areas for optimization, and driving changes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and product quality

Our ideal candidate has a solid foundation in business and a keen eye for detail, combined with excellent analytical and communication skills. They must be able to leverage technology effectively to drive results and possess a deep understanding of production inventory control methods. Experience in the automotive industry is a plus, but not essential.

The salary range for this position is between $65,000 and $85,000 annually, based on your experience and the location where you would work.
