At Transport UK London Bus, we strive to deliver exceptional service to our customers. We are seeking a skilled individual to join our team as a Network Operations Coordinator.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and managing replacement buses and coaches to provide journeys to a timetable when the rail service is disrupted. This will involve working closely with external suppliers and colleagues to ensure a seamless service.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to handle high-pressure situations, and have a passion for working in the transportation industry. Previous experience in logistics or passenger transport is desirable.

The role involves shift-working on a rota basis covering Middle and Late shift patterns. The successful candidate must own a smartphone device.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage replacement buses and coaches to provide journeys to a timetable when the rail service is disrupted.

  • Handle high-pressure situations in a calm, professional, and logical manner.
  • Undertake any other duties commensurate with the role.
