Installation Manager (Joinery)

We are seeking a skilled Installation Manager (Joinery) to join our team on a series of exciting pop-up shop and exhibition projects.

In this role, you will be reporting to the Installation Director and be part of a wider team to manage and co-ordinate installations on a number of sites.

About the Role:

  • Develop strong working relationships with site employees including site managers, quantity surveyors, and sub-contractors.
  • Maintain a close working relationship with our internal contracts team to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of installations.
  • Oversee all works carried out and respond to all on-site issues.
  • Complete all site health and safety and compliance checks.
  • Carry out site surveys and co-ordinate access for deliveries.
  • Complete and return all required reports, documents, and logs on time and in agreed format.

About the Candidate:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, i.e., installation of commercial joinery exhibits or POS.
  • Previous experience of working in a field-based environment.
  • Experience of working in the building trade.
  • High level of technical knowledge.
  • Ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Full driving license.
  • Flexible approach.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience within the joinery market/retail fit-out is preferred.
  • CSCS/SMSTS/SSSTS certification.
