Exemplar Health Care Careers is seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Support Worker Lead to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, promoting their independence and dignity.

In this role, you will work closely with our nursing team to develop and implement individual care plans, ensuring the physical and emotional well-being of our residents. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and contributing to the development of our care team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide person-centred care and support to our residents, promoting their independence and dignity at all times.
  • To work closely with our nursing team to deliver high-quality care and ensure the physical and emotional well-being of our residents.
  • To maintain accurate records and contribute to the development of individual care plans.

Salary: £11.44 - £11.79 per hour (dependent on experience). We offer a competitive salary package, including benefits and opportunities for career growth.
