The Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Community Health team in Airdrie. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their own homes and community settings.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and providing education and support to patients and their families. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and contribute to the development of our community health services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their own homes and community settings

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Valid NMC UK Registration
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic information technology skills
  • Full, valid UK/EU/EEA driving licence
