We are seeking an Academic Placement Specialist to join our team at We Manage Jobs (WMJobs). This role involves providing cover supervision in the event of teaching staff absence and supporting Teaching and Learning activities.

Job Description

In this role, you will be working alongside teachers to provide valuable support for students. You will be responsible for covering classes in the absence of teaching staff and ensuring that students receive a high-quality education.

The successful candidate will have a strong sense of community and a warm, welcoming attitude. They will also be passionate about securing the most productive learning opportunities for students.

Finham Park Multi Academy Trust is a growing organisation with seven schools across Coventry and Warwickshire. The trust sets out to pioneer, innovate and deliver a 'World Class' education for all.

This role offers frequent opportunities to collaborate with teachers and support staff from other schools in the MAT to develop and share best practice.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £25,183 - £28,624 per annum, with a starting salary of approximately £21,853 - £24,839.
