Job Title: Culinary Team ManagerSalary:£36,000 - £38,000 per annum (based on 45 hours/week)
We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to lead our culinary team. As a key member, you will work closely with our Head Chef and Sous Chefs to ensure that our dishes are prepared to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate the culinary team, ensuring efficient kitchen operations and high-quality dishes
- Act as a role model for junior members of the team, demonstrating high standards of service, hygiene, and safety
- Mentor and supervise junior chefs, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet company standards
- Minimum one year's experience as a Chef de Partie in a quality restaurant
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate and guide junior members of the team
- Passion for cooking and restaurants, with a love of simple, classical French, Italian, and British cuisine
- Fully paid breaks and holidays, including house and tronc for every hour worked
- Paid overtime, including basic and tronc for every hour
