Early Years Assistant Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Assistant to join our team at Bright Horizons Norfolk Lodge Montessori Day Nursery and Preschool in Barnet, North London.

About the Role

As an Early Years Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years. You will work closely with our experienced team to create a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes children's physical, emotional, and cognitive development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the nursery team in planning and delivering engaging activities and learning experiences for children
  • Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure a smooth and effective working environment
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and healthy environment for children, including adhering to child protection and safeguarding policies
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in early years education

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience working with children, although not essential
