About the Role

We are seeking a talented Business Development Manager to join our team at Vistry Group. As a key member of our sales hub, you will be responsible for driving new business and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Job Description
  • Proactively seek out prospective sales opportunities and follow up with leads to maximise business potential.
  • Create engaging Virtual tours of our sites and house plots to showcase our properties in an exciting and informative way.
  • Negotiate with customers to ensure the best possible sales outcomes for the business.
Requirements
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Detailed knowledge of our sites, house types, and build progress to provide expert advice to customers.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive a range of benefits, including:
