Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our team at Lexington Catering. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the needs of our clients.
  • Lead a team of chefs and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective kitchen operations.
  • Source high-quality ingredients and manage kitchen inventory to minimize waste and optimize costs.
  • Collaborate with our events team to deliver exceptional culinary experiences for our clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest culinary trends and techniques to continuously improve our menu offerings.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary up to £50,000 per annum, plus overtime pay.
