About the Job

We are looking for a skilled Data Management Specialist to join our team at Gloucestershire Rape & Sexual Abuse Centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing data storage systems, ensuring regulatory compliance, and staying up-to-date with data privacy regulations.

Job Summary:

  • Manage data storage systems and ensure that data backups are completed regularly.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and stay up-to-date with data privacy regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to enquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for data management.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure that data is accurately recorded and stored.
  • Provide training and support to staff on data management best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a data management role.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.

Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
