About the RoleThis is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a strong commitment to delivering exceptional care and support to our young people. You will work closely with our team to create a safe and nurturing environment that promotes the physical, emotional, and psychological well-being of our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individualized care and support to our young people, including assistance with daily living tasks, education, and socialization.
- Work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Contribute to a safe and healthy environment by maintaining a clean and organized living space, and adhering to health and safety protocols.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in children's care.
- A full driving license issued in the UK.
- Full right to work in the UK with no restrictions.
- Prior experience in a children's care role (desirable).
- Values in line with Esland's, such as taking a therapeutic, person-centred approach to childcare.
- Aged 21 or above.
