SEN Teaching Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic team in a highly-regarded school in Felixstowe. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting learners with additional needs, working alongside skilled educators to foster a nurturing and inclusive environment.

About the Role:

This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real impact in the lives of students with special educational needs. You will provide group and one-on-one support, tailored to meet students' individual needs, and work collaboratively with the teaching team to develop and implement personalized learning plans.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience working with children with SEN (Special Educational Needs)
  • Ability to work flexibly across different units
  • A calm, patient, and caring approach
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
