Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Design Lead to join our team at RGB Recruitment Ltd. As a Senior Architectural Technician, you will play a key role in leading the technical delivery stages of projects, working closely with clients and consultants to deliver high-quality results.

About the Role:

  • Lead the technical delivery stages of projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Collaborate with clients and consultants to understand project requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Manage and coordinate technical design projects, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and consultants, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Contribute to the development of project proposals, ensuring they meet client needs and expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to improve project delivery and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Relevant Architectural qualification and extensive experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong technical skills, with the ability to lead and manage technical design projects.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to project delivery.
