Job Title: Adult Specialist Audiologist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Adult Specialist Audiologist to join our team at the Electrodiagnostic Clinic. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing a specialist service for the electrophysiological and psychophysical investigation of patients, with a particular emphasis on the assessment of hearing and vision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake evoked potentials auditory testing (ABR, ASSR, ACR, nABR, CM, o +cVEMP) on a wide range of patients.
  • Interpret complex data and impart results to patients, consultants, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of policies and procedures for the Electrodiagnostics service.
  • Be responsible for the safe use and maintenance of assets, including equipment worth hundreds of thousands of pounds.
  • Provide clinical supervision and training to technicians, clinical scientists, and trainees.
  • Contribute to research and development initiatives related to auditory electrodiagnostics.
Requirements:
  • Experience in audiology and electrodiagnostics.
  • Strong clinical and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of commercial software and data management systems.
