We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at Ribbons and Reeves Limited, working in schools across the vibrant community of Camden. As a Psychology Graduate looking to make a difference in the lives of children with special educational needs, this role is perfect for building hands-on experience in an educational setting.

About the Role

This is a full-time position available immediately, with a contract lasting from October 2024 to July 2025. You will be working closely with teachers, parents, and external specialists to ensure each child reaches their full potential.

Responsibilities
  • Providing one-to-one and small group support to students with a range of special educational needs (SEN)
  • Assisting with tailored learning plans and behavioral strategies
  • Helping create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
Requirements
  • A degree in Psychology (2:1 or above preferred)
  • A genuine passion for working with children with SEN
  • Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient approach
