Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Valeters Cleaner to join our team at Europcar. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring our fleet of vehicles is presented to the highest standards.

Main Responsibilities

  • Vehicle Preparation: Prepare company vehicles to a high standard, ensuring they are clean and presentable for customer collection.
  • Valet Services: Valet vehicles in all weather conditions, maintaining a high level of attention to detail and quality.
  • Support to Driving Team: Assist the driving team with the delivery and collection of vehicles, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Facilities Maintenance: Ensure the preparation area is clean and tidy at all times, identifying any fleet maintenance issues and reporting them to the relevant teams.
  • Customer Service: Deliver world-class customer service, providing a positive experience for our customers.

Requirements

  • Driving Experience: A full, valid clean driving licence, with a minimum of 4 years driving experience is required.
  • Flexibility: Flexibility in your working hours, including availability during the day, evenings and weekends, is essential.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to effectively interact with colleagues and customers.
  • Teamwork: A positive and professional attitude, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration, is essential for success in this role.
  • Adaptability: The ability to adapt to the needs of the business, with a keen and enthusiastic nature, is required.
