About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a passionate Science, Technology, Engineering, and Maths (STEM) graduate to join our renowned primary school in Richmond. This is an exciting chance to gain valuable experience working closely with students, helping them excel in STEM subjects while preparing for a future career in teaching.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging STEM lessons for primary students, inspiring them to reach their full potential.
  • Lead intervention sessions to support students of varying abilities, ensuring they receive the guidance they need.
  • Offer one-to-one and group support to improve academic confidence, empowering students to succeed.
  • Create interactive resources to enhance learning experiences, making complex concepts accessible and enjoyable.
Requirements:
  • A 2:1 or higher degree in a STEM-related field from a UK university, demonstrating your academic excellence.
  • A genuine passion for education and a desire to train as a teacher, driving you to make a positive impact.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, allowing you to build effective relationships and collaborate with colleagues.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £25,000 per annum, paid weekly via PAYE, reflecting your hard work and dedication.
  • A full-time role, Monday-Friday, 8:30 am-4:00 pm, providing a stable and secure work-life balance.
