About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Sewing Operator to join our team at Terumo Aortic. As a Sewing Operator, you will play a critical role in the manufacturing process, working closely with our production team to ensure the highest quality products.
Key Responsibilities
- Undertake manufacturing duties as specified by the Production Supervisor, adhering to good manufacturing practices and quality objectives.
- Follow established procedures and specifications to ensure efficient and effective production.
- Contribute to the achievement of quality objectives, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Promote 5S principles and efficient manufacturing processes to optimize productivity and efficiency.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hand or machine sewing, with a strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures and specifications.
- Ability to learn new processes quickly and adapt to changing production demands.
- High level of dexterity and manual dexterity.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of production processes and quality control.
