Evolve Selection is working with a family-run independent pharmacy in Aberdeenshire, Scotland.

This well-established pharmacy has been serving the local community for over 30 years and is now seeking a new GPhC registered pharmacist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

The salary for this role ranges from £45,000 to £57,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing GP orders, identifying errors, and preparing medications (compounding, packaging, labelling).
  • Supervising pharmacy technicians and managing pharmacy operations.

Working hours can be flexible, but the pharmacy ideally requires a full-time commitment of 4 or 5 days per week.
