The Role

We are looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality and has excellent communication skills. As a Hospitality Ambassador, your primary focus will be to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring our guests feel valued and cared for. You will work closely with our team to create a warm and inviting atmosphere, making every guest feel at home.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and serve guests, providing a high level of service to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety, adhering to our rigorous health and safety protocols.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to create a friendly and welcoming environment, promoting a positive atmosphere.
  • Develop a thorough knowledge of our menus, recommending dishes and drinks to our guests, enhancing their dining experience.
  • Champion our brand values, ensuring consistency in the delivery of our services and products.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
