Implementation Strategist

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Retail Project Lead to join our team at Harding+, responsible for deploying retail projects across multiple ships. In this challenging and rewarding role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to align project objectives with field operations and collaborate with field teams to ensure a smooth transition of projects from planning to execution.

You will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on project progress, resolving any issues that arise during implementation, and providing hands-on support during the implementation phase. You will also analyse project outcomes to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement, and communicate these findings to relevant stakeholders to enhance future project implementations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of retail operations and proven experience in an implementation role, preferably within the cruise industry or multisite retail environments. They will possess excellent organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously using project management principles and best practices.

We are offering a competitive salary of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including a bonus scheme, pension, life assurance, healthcare, and 25 days leave annually. This is a hybrid working role, with 2-3 days per week spent in Avonmouth (Bristol) and some travel to ships as required.
