About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Test Centre Associate. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of driving theory tests to candidates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the testing process.
  • Check candidates' ID documents and book them in on our system, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Maintain the integrity and security of tests, adhering to our strict guidelines and procedures.
  • Supervise and invigilate tests, ensuring a fair and secure environment for all candidates.
  • Explain the test process to candidates and provide support with any queries or concerns.
  • Review tests and test centre schedules, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Perform daily test centre opening and closing procedures, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates.
  • Ensure the test centre meets individual candidate needs, adhering to the Equality Act and our approach to diversity and inclusion.
  • Handle and report incidents that could impact candidate testing, maintaining a safe and secure environment.

Requirements
  • A full UK driving licence (although driving will not be required for all locations).

  • Experience in working with diverse customer groups.
  • Excellent judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Flexibility in working hours and days, including evenings and Saturdays.
  • The ability to remain calm and deal with confrontational candidates in a professional manner.
