Job Description:
Rubix, the largest supplier of industrial maintenance & distribution network in Europe, is seeking a skilled Telesales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and growing our transactional customer portfolio, achieving sales growth within designated patches, and utilizing our CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain regular contact with your designated portfolio, focusing on ecommerce sales and providing customers with information and guidance on relevant Rubix products and services.
- Prepare quotations, assist with live chat, and gain intelligence on customer requirements to insert into our CRM system.
- Follow up on customer enquiries, manage and track current and newly on-boarded Web accounts, and perform data inputting and admin tasks as operationally required.

Skills and Experience:
