Theatre Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Theatre Operations Manager to join our Day Surgery Unit at Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. In this role, you will be responsible for managing theatre lists, staff, and resources, while ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and experience working in a multi-specialty area.
About the Role:
As a key member of the Theatre Team, you will work alongside Surgical and Anaesthetic Colleagues to provide a seamless surgery experience for patients on the Day Surgery Pathway. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve patient flow and reduce waiting times. This role requires a broad knowledge of surgical specialties and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Salary & Benefits:
The estimated salary for this position is £44,573 - £59,061 per annum, depending on experience.
