Job Overview

Citi is seeking a highly skilled Global Equity Markets Strategist to join our team in London. This role involves assisting in providing advisory services on a wide range of Equity Capital Markets projects, including IPOs, Accelerated Equity Offerings, and Rights Issues.

Responsibilities
  • Executing Equity Capital Markets mandates for Citi clients, working closely with M&A, Financing, and Debt Capital Markets teams where necessary.
  • Developing relationships with the Citi sales force globally and understanding the investor base.
  • Analyzing financial data and understanding financial models, including stand-alone company valuations, discounted cash flow analysis, financing, comparative, and pro-forma analyses.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Investment Banking, preferably in ECM, from a reputable firm.
  • Applicable regulatory licenses.
  • Excellent planning and organization skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to create and sustain good personal contacts within the team and amongst Citi's product partners.
  • Team player with the ability to work in partnership with other individuals on day-to-day and long-term projects.
  • Financial soundness.

The estimated salary for this position is £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
