About the Role

We are seeking a Christmas Customer Advisor to join our team at Boots, working in our Leeds, White Rose Shopping Centre store. As a Christmas Customer Advisor, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and offering advice on our products.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Assist with stock management, including receiving and processing stock deliveries.
  • Support the store's daily operational activities, including working on the tills and providing a great service to customers.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Full training will be provided, but previous retail experience is desirable.
