  • Manage and coordinate the work of junior engineers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of projects.
  • Develop and implement innovative construction methods and engineering solutions to improve project efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of project activities.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety legislation and company policies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective project delivery.
Requirements:
  • Professional qualification in structural engineering (e.g. CEng, MICE, MIStructE).
  • Extensive experience in temporary and permanent works design and delivery.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience of leading teams and managing projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Strong technical expertise in structural engineering, with knowledge of relevant codes and standards.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple projects and deadlines.
