Automotive Security Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Vehicle Crime Specialist to join our dynamic Information Technology Division, based in Dunton. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in developing strategies and solutions that protect against vehicle theft, contributing significantly to our reputation in the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective vehicle security solutions, ensuring compliance with Thatcham requirements and industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver innovative security solutions, leveraging mechanical proficiency and diagnostic awareness.
- Engage in travel opportunities to Germany, Romania, Turkey, or the USA for project requirements, driving business growth and expansion.
What We're Looking For:
- Extensive experience in tackling vehicle crime, stolen vehicle examination, and working with insurance agents and vehicle/component ID.
- Strong understanding of the IG rating system and Thatcham requirements, physical vehicle attacks, lock picking, electronic attacks, and mechanical proficiency.
- Experience with dealer-level diagnostics and CAD proficiency is preferred but not essential.
