Job Description

This Field Service Engineer position plays a crucial role in maintaining our equipment and infrastructure. You will be responsible for servicing, recommending changes, reporting, and communicating treatment performance in line with customer needs and policies.

  • Servicing and maintenance of chemical dosing equipment (Chemfeed)
  • Legionella sampling and testing
  • Identifying opportunities for upgrades, including chemical dosing equipment, training, analytical services, or increased scope of supply
  • Ensuring service plans are defined and delivered
  • Finding, fixing, or seeking solutions for any problems encountered
  • Assisting with projects from surveying to completion
  • Engaging with safe chemical delivery and storage procedures
  • Calibrating personal and onsite equipment and generating certificates
  • Conducting routine maintenance of technology and equipment
  • Operating dosing pumps and changing dosing rates based on test results
  • Independently diagnosing issues found onsite and escalating or rectifying as required
