We are seeking a highly experienced Team Lead to join our Children's services team at Sefton MBC.

About the Role
  • This role requires effective leadership and management skills to oversee a team of social workers and other professionals, driving them to meet key performance targets.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the welfare of vulnerable children and young people in Sefton, while maintaining a safe and secure environment.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and external partners.

Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum (dependent on experience). Referral bonus: up to £250* per person placed. Double payrolls each week.
