About the Job

We're seeking a talented professional to join our Customer Success team as a Customer Success Manager. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving customer success and growth in EMEA.

  • You'll work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • You'll provide expert guidance and support as clients implement their Travel Rule Compliance programs.
  • You'll contribute to strategic decision-making through insights on market trends, customer needs, and sales performance.

Requirements

We're looking for someone with:

  • Prior experience in Customer Success or Account Management, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Experience in creating and implementing Customer success strategies and processes.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of Fintech, Reg-tech, and Compliance is a plus, but not required.

Success Metrics

To succeed in this role, you'll need to:

  • Increase customer retention rates in EMEA.
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with clients.
  • Contribute to the improvement of Customer Success team efficiency and scalability.
  • Manage commercial discussions, mitigate risks, and grow your book of business.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year. Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plan, and stock options.
