Job Description

A Corporate Portfolio Manager is required to oversee the management of a client portfolio, ensuring effective maintenance and organization of managed properties. The ideal candidate will have experience in property management, hold relevant qualifications (CePAP or ARLA), and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Act as a central point of contact for clients, resolving queries and providing expert advice on legislation implications.
  • Maintain a register of contractors, ensuring they meet necessary qualifications and accreditations.
  • Oversee customer service, ensuring timely completion of works and renewals.
  • Review contractor work quality, monitor invoices, and chase up late payments.
  • Monitor workloads to ensure deadlines are met and service levels are maintained.
  • Assist with complex cases and tenancies, advising clients and stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle.
  • Experience in portfolio management and understanding of Section 20 process.
  • Strong customer service skills and confident communication abilities.
  • Good team player with ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Superb planning and organizational skills.
  • Good analytical ability.
  • Strong respect for processes and ability to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Strong administrative and IT skills.
Benefits:
  • Attractive base salary: £27,000 - £33,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
  • Commission structure offering an OTE of £36,000 per annum.
  • Clear progression path within a strong agency brand.
  • Monday to Friday hybrid role.
