Medical Case Manager Professional

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Remote Case Manager to join our team at Healix, based in Esher. The successful candidate will work closely with our Clinical Lead to provide exceptional service to our members through telephone and email support, managing claims and signposting to relevant services within our scheme benefits.
About the Role- This is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse (RN), Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN), or allied health professional with active HCPC registration to utilize their clinical and commercial skills to balance member experience, treatment eligibility, and cost-effectiveness.
- You will be responsible for managing claims and providing guidance on appropriate services, ensuring seamless support for our members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing claims and providing expert guidance on treatment options
- Signposting members to relevant services and resources
- Collaborating with the Clinical Lead to ensure exceptional service delivery
Requirements:
- Active HCPC registration as a RN, RMN, or allied health professional
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work calmly and professionally in high-pressure situations
