About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruitment Services Advisor to join our team at North London Partners Shared Services. As a key member of our Recruitment Directorate, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality recruitment services to our partner NHS trusts.
Key Responsibilities
As a Recruitment Services Advisor, you will be responsible for:
- Providing expert recruitment advice and guidance to our partner trusts
- Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to meet the needs of our trusts
- Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including advertising, shortlisting, and interviewing candidates
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with our trusts and other stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment legislation and regulations
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Significant experience in a recruitment or HR role, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments
- Knowledge of employment legislation and regulations, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical context
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach
