Wood is seeking a highly skilled Lead Structural Engineer to provide and support structural engineering activities on our offshore projects. This role will be based in our office in Middlesex, where you will work closely with our clients and the wider supply chain to ensure the successful delivery of our projects.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide and support structural engineering activities on offshore projects.
  • Work closely with our clients and the wider supply chain to ensure the successful delivery of our projects.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Manage and coordinate the work of structural engineers and other technical staff.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in an appropriate engineering subject.
  • Masters Degree preferred. Chartered Engineer and member of an appropriate engineering institution.
  • Previous experience in a lead engineering role on offshore projects.
  • Familiarity with offshore engineering software, including SACS.
  • Familiarity with pre-service and in-service design conditions for offshore structures.
