Role Summary: Horizon Teachers seeks an experienced SEN educator for a challenging yet rewarding position at a SEN school in Tower Hamlets.
Job Description: As an SEN teacher, you will create and implement IEPs, foster a supportive classroom environment, and work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure comprehensive student support.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Cultivate a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere
- Track student progress and adjust instruction accordingly
Requirements:
- QTS and experience teaching students with SEN
- Strong understanding of SEN education principles and practices
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
Compensation: £35,000 - £45,000 per year, dependent on qualifications and experience.
