The Role:

In this position, you will:

  • Drive the success of various customer requests related to Moody's RMS models and products, from problem-solving to delivering training and extensive analysis/interpretation.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for incoming requests, communicating directly with our customers.
  • Closely partner with experienced colleagues to enhance your technical understanding and customer outcomes.
  • Ensure customers receive accurate, complete, and fit-for-purpose information.

You will also have opportunities to:

  • Continuously improve your skills and knowledge of catastrophe models and products at the forefront of the industry.
  • Work closely with a wide variety of customers and colleagues across the globe and in-person.
  • Use your experience to improve our suite of self-serve materials online.

  • Resolving complex client requests, involving working with Subject Matter Experts, handling sensitive communications, and leading training sessions.

Required Qualifications:

  • BS or MS degree in mathematics, engineering, physics, statistics, economics, earth or climate sciences, risk management, or related fields.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to travel internationally (infrequently, as needed).
