Job Title: Client and Service Delivery Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and adaptable Client and Service Delivery Assistant to join our team at GLAS. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and processing operational aspects of client transactions, working closely with the EMEA Client Services Team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with drawdowns, rollovers, rate fixes, pre-payments, redemptions, and maturities.
  • Manage diary to ensure Business as Usual (BAU) is being managed in a timely manner.
  • Facilitate funds flow between Borrowers and Lenders.
  • Calculate and process principal repayments, interest, commitment, and other fees.
  • Prepare and make payments through Barclay.Net, arranging foreign exchange transactions as necessary.
  • Input relevant data into the Solvas system.
  • Generate notices to Borrowers and Lenders within specified timeframes.
  • Receive and verify SSI's, initiating call-back processes where necessary.
  • Verify and update admin details, ensuring Solvas/Debtdomain is current.
  • Reconcile accounts to prevent overdrafts.
  • Assist with transfers and collect transfer fees.
  • Understand deal documentation for inputting into Solvas.
  • Address Audit requests.
  • Support the Client Services Administrator with missing notification chasers and other queries.
  • Escalate relevant matters to Team Leader and/or Managers.
  • Exercise due diligence regarding potential fraud, money laundering, and financial and reputational risk to GLAS.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Willingness to learn and inquisitive nature.
  • Highly organized and adaptable with a positive attitude.
  • Self-motivation and effective time management.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage priorities while balancing competing demands and deadlines.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
  • Ability to represent GLAS to high standards and expectations.
