Debt Recovery Associate

We are looking for a skilled Debt Recovery Associate to join our team at CMA Recruitment Group. This temporary assignment will take place in Totton, Hampshire, and is expected to last around 3-4 weeks.

In this role, you will work closely with our client to manage their debts and ensure timely payments. Key responsibilities include:

• Reviewing customer ratings and establishing credit accounts;
• Negotiating payment plans with clients;
• Preparing credit reports for management;
• Overseeing creditor debt and ensuring prompt payments;
• Communicating with debtors via phone and email.

The successful candidate will possess:

• Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor;
• Attention to detail and strong administrative capabilities;
• Previous experience in a related field.

This assignment offers a competitive salary of approximately £25-£30 per hour, based on experience. With a strong possibility of extension, it's an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in debt recovery.
