We are seeking a Senior Rehabilitation Physiotherapist to join our inpatient therapy team at North Cotswolds Hospital. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for assessing, formulating, evaluating, and monitoring specialized rehabilitation packages, and providing leadership and support to the rehabilitation assistants, healthcare assistants, and other staff within the multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and formulate specialized rehabilitation packages for patients on the ward.
  • Provide leadership and support to the rehabilitation assistants, healthcare assistants, and other staff within the multidisciplinary team.
  • Manage clinical risk within own patient caseload, involving complex decision making regarding patients being safe to return to their place of residence or requiring admission to hospital.

We offer a competitive salary of £43,041 - £56,092 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including a generous pension scheme and opportunities for professional development.

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or Degree in Physiotherapy, HCPC registration, and a broad range of clinical experience across a variety of clinical areas. They will also have solid experience as a physiotherapist, or the ability to demonstrate relevant experience in the field of rehabilitation, and evidence of working unsupervised and across multi-disciplinary and multi-agency boundaries.
