Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated EYFS Teaching Assistant to join our team at Prospero Teaching. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the teaching staff in a Primary School setting.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant qualification and previous experience in an EYFS / Primary setting. You will be responsible for leading groups of pupils, working one-to-one with children, and assisting teachers with lesson planning and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting teachers with lesson planning and delivery
  • Leading groups of pupils in various activities
  • Working one-to-one with children to support their learning
  • Assisting with classroom management and organization

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualification in Early Years or Primary Education
  • Previous experience in an EYFS / Primary setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
